AT.AW. modestly began in Toronto, Canada and actively promotes 'urban play' with a DIY mass-produced series of artwork.
Through the medium of street art, we optimistically subvert the often neglected, mediocre and complacent urban condition.
If you'd like to talk to us or are up for collaborations do give us a shout through e-mail at info@at-aw.com
--> see the rest of us on flickr
--> our process, musings, rants, experiments are trying to be documented here but, in its current form, quite poorly.
--> check the Purchase section for our latest offerings of paintings, prints, etc.
--> for the plush dolls, check The Orpans Plush link above.
We're always up for a good show here and there as it gives us a chance to talk to someone other than our "friendly" neighborhood police officer.
If you're a curator/gallerist interested in our work, we'd be happy to discuss our intentions/vision for a gallery show.
Our current CV is right here
This is where we get to beg for money:
If you really like what we do then please donate a small portion of that coffee you were going to have this morning to the future purchase of the paper, paste and other mischief we may find ourself in. Any leftovers from our campaign(i.e extra posters) will be accumulated and sent as a gracious thank-you to you, our donors.
We'll pretty much do anything short of building a time machine(but we're secretly working on that as well). If you having something remotely creative, or need to make something absolutely awesome, we'd be more than happy to talk about it. Having a background in illustration, craftwork and architecture will undoubtedly make for an interesting result.
At our current stage, we're doing work that happily allows us to continue our urban interventions and would like to align ourselves with people who share that same vision. That is, we're not going to do your next hip and trendy viral marketing campaign (unless, of course, it's really awesome...)
